Are you too busy to become more organised and productive?

This is one of the most common responses I hear from people when I invite them to attending my “Getting Things Done with Microsoft Outlook” workshop or any other of my productivity programs.

“I really cannot afford to take the time off”

“I’m too busy”, “I’m fire fighting”  “When this project is finished I will have more time”

“I have a mountain of work to do”……….. there are many other reasons or excuses but the reality is

If you were to give me just 7 hours  of your time and I could return to you at least 500 hours in the coming year, would that seem like a fair deal ?
